Docs/Plans, credits and limits

Upgrade, downgrade and cancel

How to change your plan, how billing through Whop works, what happens to your content on a downgrade, and how cancellation and refunds are handled.

Who bills you

Subscriptions are processed by Whop, the payment processor. Checkout loads Whop's payment form and Whop handles your card. Keplar never sees your full card number. The amount shown at checkout is the amount you are charged.

Upgrade

Choose a plan on the pricing page or from the upgrade prompt in the app. Your plan is attached to your account by a verified payment signal from Whop, not by anything in the browser. Moving up, for example from Lite to Plus, starts a new membership on the higher plan.

Downgrade or cancel

Manage your subscription from Account, which links to your Whop billing page. Canceling stops renewal; you generally keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for. Your chats, sites and files stay in your account. Features above the lower plan stop working:

  • custom domains over the new allowance stop serving but stay stored;
  • Create features the new plan lacks are locked;
  • connected apps and agents above the new allowance are paused.

Failed payments, refunds and disputes

Keplar handles the payment events Whop sends: successful payment, activation, deactivation, failed payment, refund, dispute, and cancel-at-period-end changes. Refund and cancellation terms are in the Terms of Service. For help with a charge, write to team@keplar.one.

Business

Business is a contract. Contact Keplar through the Inquire form.

Deleting your account

Canceling does not delete your data. To remove everything, see Delete and export your data. Cancel any paid subscription first so it does not renew.
